Since the release of her self-titled debut on Essential Records (2005), nineteen year-old Krystal Meyers has garnered t hree Dove Award nominations, two at the 37th Annual GMA Dove Awards (New Artist of the Year and Special Event Album), and at the 38th Annual, Krystal received a nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year. Meyers has also landed the No. 1 spot on general market radio in Japan, (“Anticonformity”) knocking the Red Hot Chili Peppers from the top position, reached No. 1 at radio in the U.S. with “The Way To Begin”, achieved six Top 10 radio singles in the U.S. (“The Way To Begin,” “My Savior,” “Anticonformity,” “Fire,” “Collide,” “The Beauty of Grace”), and performed before more than 400,000 people. Dying For A Heart, the second record from Meyers, hit stores in September of 2006.
